Guy Smith

Renowned for his creative vision and technical expertise, Guy Smith has been a sought after lighting designer, technical consultant and producer since 1991. Beginning as a stagehand and working his way up as a master electrician, moving light technician, programmer, designer, and then producer, Guy’s production background is evident in all he does. Guy has worked with such performers as Diana Ross, Lady Gaga, Pavarotti, Donna Summer, Justin Timberlake and Chita Rivera in venues including Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Jones Beach Amphitheater, the Hammerstein Ballroom, Epcot Center and over 75 charter cruises on the largest flagships in the world.

Robert Montenegro

Robert is a multidiscipline artist and designer skilled in stage design and art direction. Robert heads our team in creating original multimedia content specifically designed to capture the desired mood for each client's event. He is skilled in CAD modeling and rendering with many years of experience in softwares such as Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Adam Klesh

Adam Klesh is a commercial designer with an experienced past in hospitality management. Also a General Contractor he has been the lead and foreman on most of his clubs and events. Adam transplanted from Cleveland, OH in the early 2000’s to NYC. He currently co-owns and operates Tipsy Bear, a queer cabaret in Berlin, Germany; The Ice Palace of Fire Island; and Red Eye NY in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen. Klesh currently works for Free Radical Design Group as a Production Manager and Co-Creative. Events include the Pines Party, cruise ship installations, BOFFO Annual Arts, and PowerStrokeNYC.

Ryan McLendon

Ryan is a video technician and programmer with extensive experience in television, theatre and concerts. He has a keen eye for locating the specific creative core of a project and expressing that through thoughtful collaboration with the team. He is skilled in Premiere,After Effects, Davinci, Qlab and Resolume.

Tri Vo

Tri is a multimedia graphic designer based in New York City.
His work consists of digital and print design across several functions: editorial, marketing, web, social, motion graphics, video, and immersive interactive experiences. Tri has worked with brands and publications such as A24, Teen Vogue, Mistr, Morning Brew, Mic, Instagram and A24.
